The location in a secure area was convenient. We stayed in the twin room equipped with outside blind, good bed and a high ceiling. The staff were all very helpful, excellent.

The location was excellent, and the room was fairly clean, making it easy to walk to the city center from there.

possibly the best and nice stay on a business trip. great and excellant location, within easy walking distance of a famous plaza. variety of food options within walking distance of the venue.

We were travelling during the Chilean ash cloud eruption (June 2011) and the staff were very friendly and helpful calling the airline to help us re-confirm our flights. Our flight was eventually delayed by one day and we managed to keep our room for an extra day at the same rate.

Enjoyed the excelent location, walking distance from the obelisk, florida street, nice restaurants, easy to catch a cab, the staff was prompt and readyu to help you, included wifi, etc.

The hotel is pretty dated, you can see that the years passed by and no major updated were made. Altough the price is nice, specially for the location, I would expect more from a 4 stars. The bed could be more confortable, was too soft.

Great and magnificent location in shopping area, close enough to Galerias Pacifico in the center of the city, a large shopping mall, pedestrian street, the main square and government house, and Florida Street which is a lively and vibrant part of Buenos Aires. For tea or coffee visit Madison Cafe nearby. Overall VERY LOVELY stay on a business trip.

Conveniently located near a fantastic shopping mall with a great food court, upscale stores, and clean streets, as well as being close to all the downtown landmarks.

The rooms are reasonably sized and well-kept and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes. It has good and excellent location near Peatonal Florida.

There was a dufferenceof the price about 30dollar more, than I have in booking

The staff members are super friendly. the rooms are well-kept and fairly quiet. - the location is marvelous with a short walk to main attractions. - Plenty of food options for breakfast.

I preferred the attention and care of the night receptionist, Felix, to the one in the morning. Felix showed honesty, concern for the guests, kindness and respect. Keep him.

The transportation service you offered to and from the airport needs to be more clear. On the booking information it did not say how much the fare was. After several questions on line, I finally had the price at $140. When I arrived at the hotel, the driver you sent was going to change $175!! When I went to the reception with him to clear this up, it appeared to me that the receptionist agreed with the driver about this price. I had to remind him about my E-mails from Fl.and the agreement on the $140 fare. After some discussion I finally paid what was offered. Going back to the airport, I paid $130. thank you felix!!

Absolutely no complaints about this place! It had everything I needed and more. I had a great time during my work trip and I'm happy I picked this spot. 😊
